Iconic Chile
We are Edith and Jorge and we’re wood artisans working in El Monte, a small rural town located in the central valley of Chile. We specialize in making bowls, trays, and other kitchenwares using wood that is “noble” and native to Chile such as rauli, manio, tepa, and lenga. We believe that half of the goodness of a piece of carved wood art is in the expression of the wood itself, its grain and its colors.
